1. Who We Are
Scholvo is a scholarship resource platform that helps students find and track master's scholarships in business and entrepreneurship. Scholvo operates as an online platform and can be contacted at scholvoo@gmail.com for any legal or operational matters.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Scholvo, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website immediately.
3. Description of Services
Scholvo provides three core features. The Profile Builder and Scholarship Corner are free to use with no restrictions. The Scholarship Tracker is free up to 5 scholarships and 6 to-do list items. Beyond those limits, a paid subscription is required. Paid plans are available on a monthly, semester, annual, or lifetime basis.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Scholvo only for lawful purposes. You will not misuse, copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any content from this platform without prior written permission from Scholvo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Scholvo is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login information.
5. Account Termination
Scholvo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately and without prior notice or refund if you are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Violations include but are not limited to misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, attempting to bypass payment gates, or any behavior that harms other users or the platform itself.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Scholvo including but not limited to text, design, scholarship data, and platform structure is the intellectual property of Scholvo. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Third Party Links
Scholvo links to external scholarship pages and university websites for informational purposes only. Scholvo is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of those external websites.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Scholvo does not guarantee that any scholarship listed on the platform is currently active, accurate, or that applying will result in acceptance. All scholarship information is provided as a reference only. Users are strongly advised to verify all details directly with the relevant institution before applying.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scholvo's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or related to the use of this platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user for a Scholvo subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim. Scholvo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Scholvo's registered business contact is: scholvoo@gmail.com. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan. If you are accessing Scholvo from another country, please note that where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights remain unaffected by these terms. Nothing in this agreement is intended to limit any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes to Terms
Scholvo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the website.
