We want you to be fully informed about our refund guidelines. Please review this Refund Policy carefully.
1. Overview
Scholvo offers digital subscription services for access to the premium Scholarship Tracker. Because our service is digital and access is granted immediately upon payment, refunds are limited to the specific windows outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.
2. Monthly Plan
You may request a full refund within 3 days of your payment date provided that you have not actively used the premium features during that period. Active use is defined as adding a 6th or subsequent scholarship to your tracker, adding a 7th or subsequent to-do list item, or enabling the email reminders feature. After 3 days, or if active use has occurred, the payment is non-refundable.
3. Semester Plan (6 months)
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date provided that you have not actively used the premium features during that period. Active use is defined as adding a 6th or subsequent scholarship to your tracker, adding a 7th or subsequent to-do list item, or enabling the email reminders feature. After 7 days, or if active use has occurred, the payment is non-refundable.
4. Annual Plan
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date provided that you have not actively used the premium features during that period. Active use is defined as adding a 6th or subsequent scholarship to your tracker, adding a 7th or subsequent to-do list item, or enabling the email reminders feature. After 7 days, or if active use has occurred, the payment is non-refundable.
5. Lifetime Plan
The one-time lifetime access purchase is strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed and access has been granted. Please ensure you fully understand what you are purchasing before completing payment.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges from the next billing cycle onward. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Refund eligibility is determined solely by the windows and conditions outlined in sections 2 through 4 above. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email scholvoo@gmail.com with your registered account email address and your payment reference number or receipt. We will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method and may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to reflect depending on your bank or card provider.
8. Payment Processor Dispute Rules
Scholvo's refund windows and conditions are designed to align with the consumer dispute policies of our payment processor. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Scholvo for a refund, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide transaction records to our payment processor as evidence.
9. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes related to refunds that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, Pakistan.
10. Changes to This Policy
Scholvo reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
